Paddle.net Buyer Experience Updates
We’ve made two updates to improve the buyer experience on paddle.net: license key access is moving to paddle.net, and buyers can now manage their subscriptions online.
License key access is moving to Paddle.net
Your buyers can now access their license keys through paddle.net. They can still access them via my.paddle.com for now, and both routes will remain available until 22nd June 2026.
After that date, my.paddle.com will redirect to paddle.net’s new license key flow.
There’s no change to what customers can access. They’ll find the same license key information, now with modern Paddle branding and a more helpful flow.
Buyers can now manage subscriptions on Paddle.net
Buyers can now manage their subscriptions directly through paddle.net using the new Manage Subscriptions button. This takes them straight to Paddle’s customer portal, where they can view, update, or cancel their subscription without needing to contact support.
From there, they can view, update, or cancel their subscriptions without needing to contact support.
What you need to do
No action is required.
If you use Paddle for license key access and reference my.paddle.com in any customer-facing communications or documentation, we recommend updating those links to paddle.net ahead of the June transition.
