New Chargebacks dashboard
We’ve added a dedicated Chargebacks dashboard to help you understand your chargeback performance at a glance, spot trends earlier, and take action if your rate starts to rise.
Monitor chargeback activity at a glance The new dashboard brings together key information to help you understand how your chargebacks are changing over time, including:
- Chargeback activity over time
- Your chargeback rate
- Trends and guidance to help you spot when something may need attention
This gives you a clearer view of chargeback performance without needing to piece together information manually, so you can act earlier when your rate starts to rise.
What’s changed The Chargebacks dashboard is now available in your Paddle account.
As part of this update, the Reports page has moved into the Analytics section. You’ll see a tooltip in the dashboard to help guide you through the change.
