🔐 Admins can now reset 2FA for team members
What’s new
Account admins can now reset two-factor authentication (2FA) for other users in their organisation directly from the Paddle dashboard.
Why it matters
If someone loses access to their authenticator app or gets a new device, they no longer need to contact our support team to regain access. An admin can step in and reset 2FA in seconds, reducing downtime and keeping teams moving.
Get started
Admins can reset 2FA from the Team Members page in the dashboard.
